Where to begin on the effects?

I "inverted" my own stock pic: [link]

I used the Zoom Blur in Paint.net

I made some HDR like effects on the original image.

I used Filter Forge for various items too.

I hope you like it! I was going to toss it when I seen the defect up in the right hand corner. But then I remembered I like imperfection.
